This presentation is built on years working with incubation groups who are trying to stay ahead of the next wave. I will help you and your team figure out, not just what is coming next, but how to shape what is coming next. 

I developed this interactive training process working in local and international speaking arenas. While there were plenty of interactions between diverse individuals, the training given them were never utilized efficiently. We worked to establish a better platform for teaching and training through interactive involvement resulting in longer term retainment of information.

We all know how to give advice, but can it be positive and encouraging, leading to success? Using my method of inspiring through teaching and training individuals or groups, I will give your staff techniques thru this process for successful growth in their organizations and personal lives.
